Introduction
Keratin is the major protein in hair and nails,it is a hard and very stable protein , it is not soluble in water, so it cannot directly for absorption and utilization in the industry application.
Human and animal hair, feathers, feet, shells, claws, horns, scales are keratin rich resource, keratin must be by the high temperature and high pressure, acid, alkali, or enzyme processing, into a short peptide or free amino acids---Hydrolyzed keratin.
So Hydrolyzed keratin is a combination of amino acids, vitamin, proteins,water soluble property, that can be absorption and utilization.
Production process : Scales endoplasm layer→ cleaning → extraction → decoloring → filtering→ sterile →Packing → finished product.
Cosmetic functions
1.The keratin hair treatment replenishes hair with additional keratin, so the effects of chemical processes, such as coloring and bleaching, can be overcome. Hair can become dull, listless and frizzy due to styling, heating and coloring. However, the keratin hair treatment process can make it shiny and smooth, silky soft, and easy to comb.
2.  Keratin, the main protein in fingernails and skin, diminishes as we age and expose our nails to everyday wear and tear, keratin protein is in a near-perfect state yielding unprecedented age-defying, strengthening and softening properties for the nails and anti-aging for skin ,hands.
