Known Application

N-Methyl-4-(p-formylstyryl)pyridinium methylsulfate is used as a composite material in water-soluble photosensitive coatings, primarily for producing photosensitive emulsions for screen printing. It outperforms binary diazonium powders, exhibiting high stability, no dark reactions, and excellent photosensitivity and thermal stability. A negative-working photosensitive agent used for esterifying pre-sensitized lithographic plates, it can substitute diazonium intermediates with superior quality, faster exposure times, and longer shelf life.

1)Organic vinyl pyridine resin (SBQ photosensitive resin) is used in the production of screen printing plates and can be used in water-soluble printing inks, slurries, printing materials, etc. Printing images on textiles, clothes, and paper towels has the advantages of high sensitivity, good separation clarity, and smooth surface.

2)Organic vinyl pyridine resin (SBQ photosensitive resin) is added with water-soluble resin and other additives. SBQ photosensitive resin can be made into solvent-resistant single-liquid SBQ photosensitive resin for the production of solvent-resistant printing plates.

3) Organovinylpyridine resin (SBQ photosensitive resin) can be used for offset printing.
