This product is a perfluorinated cationic surfactant. Due to its significant reduction in surface tension, it exhibits excellent activity in acidic, alkaline, and neutral media. It is widely used as a wetting agent, spreading agent, leveling agent, light water-type fire extinguishing agent, film coating agent, metal cleaning agent, and flux for electronic wave soldering. It is also employed as a hydrophobic, oleophobic treatment agent, and antifouling agent for fibers, paper, leather, and other materials. It reduces surface tension and is utilized in foam fire extinguishing.
