Known Application
Spermidine is an important raw material for pharmaceutical synthesis and is widely used in the synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates. It can maintain cell membrane stability, increase antioxidant enzyme activity, improve photosystem II (PSII) and related gene expression; inhibit neuronal NO Synthetase (nNOS); binds and precipitates DNA; also used to purify DNA-binding proteins; stimulates T4 polynucleotide kinase activity.
