Application
Low viscosity silanol fluids are employed as filler treatments andstructure control additives in silicone rubber compounding.Intermediate viscosity, 1000-10,000 cSt. fluids can be applied totextiles as durable fabric softeners. High viscosity silanolterminated fluids form the matrixcomponent in tackifiers and pressure sensitive adhesives.It is a low molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane terminated with a silicon hydroxyl group and is a low viscosity hydroxy silicone oil.A large number of amino silicone oils are used for the production of aminosilicone oils. The conversion per pass can reach over 99%. Due to the presence of active hydroxyl groups, the aminosilicone oil can be used to produce directional adsorption of carboxyl groups on the surface of fabrics, resulting in a significant decrease in the coefficient of friction between fibers. As a result, the softness and smoothness of the fabric are significantly improved, and its washing resistance can be improved. The amino silicone oil produced by the linear body not only has all the properties of the amino silicone oil, but also has an affinity with the emulsifier for pro-maritime contamination and lipophilic groups, the emulsion is easily emulsified, the dispersion is good, the emulsion transparency is good, and the particle size is small.
